I’ve been doing a lot of experimenting recently with macramé, crochet, and other media to add to my repertoire of designs. Inspired by these adorable crochet “little urchin” stones, I decided to try my hand at crocheting amulet pouches for some of the stones in my supply bin.

Here’s my first successful experiment I plan to expand on: The Snuggle Stone necklace. This one features a macramé neckline set with trade beads, prayer beads, and other interesting wood and bone beads.
